I'm in the wrong track again..
During my consultation with the lecturer last week, from what he said is that this topic has to relate to my major which is Interactive Media Design. All of the entries I did previously are mostly about filming and advertising. From what the lecturer said to me filming and TV commercial are considered as Multimedia design. This is because movies and TV commercial doesn't have any interaction for the users/audiences.
The only things that can be use in Interactive Media design from Multimedia design is only the narrative part of it. Whereas the rest of it are more towards the Graphic Design path and Multimedia Design.
So from this, I have to either find an argument for it or find a new icon in the Interactive Media Design industries. After some research on the Internet, I've found some of the famous designers and programmers behind a famous websites, as example:
1. Facebook by Mark Zuckerberg
Facebook is an online social networking that allows the users to share and connect with anyone from all over the world. Basically when a new user has registered for Facebook, the users can create a user profile, add other users as "friends", exchange messages, post status updates and photos, share videos and receive notifications when others update their profiles.
2. Smashing Magazine by Vitaly Friedman & Sven Lennartz
Smashing Magazine was founded in September 2006, Smashing Magazine delivers useful and innovative information to Web designers and developers. Their aim is to inform all of their readers about the latest trends and techniques in Web development. Basically this website is like a online tuition site for all Web designers and developers.
3.Devianart by Angelo-Sotira
Devianart is the largest online social network for artists and art enthusiasts, and a platform for emerging and established artists to exhibit, promote, and share their works with an enthusiastic, art-centric community. Basically this website is like an online gallery for all of the professional artist and designers to show off their artwork to their other artist/designers.
